Serge earned his physiotherapy degree at Université Laval in 2000. Upon completion of his studies, he returned to his hometown where he has been practicing physiotherapy ever since. He bought the clinic located on the Université de Moncton campus in 2008 and has loved being involved in university sports. In 2020, he teamed up with two other business leaders, Graham Black and Jean Arsenault to create Sportmed Max Physiotherapy.
Having had a few chronic issues, one major water skiing accident and an insatiable level of curiosity, Serge has a passion for all things related to human mechanics and quality movement patterns. He’s passionate about global movement patterns and has taken a deep dive into Gray Cook’s Functional Movement Systems, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) and is certified from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). He has learned and believes that small, consistent changes can lead to a better, healthier life.
Outside of work, Serge, along with his partner Renée and two children, love the outdoors, adopting old dogs and giving back to the community. He always jumps in to assist in coaching with the kids who are both involved in multiple sports and activities. He enjoys reading, golf and catching the odd football game with his close friends.
