Treatment Approach

My approach focuses on the problem rather than the symptoms. I use various techniques that range from Swedish massage to deep tissue massage. I give personalised at home care that includes stretching, hydrotherapy and sometimes strengthening exercises to help you recover and maintain your progress. I will be taking several types of classes in the future to better myself and to enhance my treatments so that I can offer the best treatment possible for your needs.

Treatment Approach

I offer a patient-centred hands-on approach, coupled with exercise prescription and education. I think it’s important for people to keep moving and doing what they love so we work together to get the best results possible. I have also taken extra courses to work with vestibular dysfunction and acute or chronic post-concussive symptoms.

Interests and Hobbies

Anything outside. I do a lot of mountain biking, fat Biking, hiking, camping and some paddling. I also enjoy watching adventure documentaries, participating in the occasional triathlon, adventure race or game of ultimate Frisbee.
